In an initial consultation you will fill out a consultation form, mark your pain experience on a diagram and we will talk about your history and why you are attending for a consult.
    
This can also serve if you don't actually know what you specifically need.

Body work/massage/needling/cupping clients; I will perform a physical assessment standing and a nocioreceptive exam lying down. The length of time affords me the opportunity to also perform muscular manipulation/Central nervous system down regulation, on the plinth, to contribute to pain relief. 

For herbal medicine clients, a much more detailed history assessment will be taken relevant to each bodily system. The cost of the consult is seperate to the cost of herbal remedies.

In the case of Reiki, the full intake and understanding of your reason for support is ascertained. We will then move to the plinth, where you can relax and I work through your chakras.
