Pilates Program Sessions

Our Holistic Living Workshops are designed to show you the connection between one's past and present along with educating you to be healthy, wealthy, and wise.  T-shirts and journal included.

We will discuss: 
- taking control over your subconscious mind to deal with the present 
- learning the power of breathing to access self-control
- having a healthy lifestyle and it's attributes
- maintaining healthy eating habits
- understanding the meaning and power of having wealth
- applying everyday principles to your life 
- using what you've learned to get where you need to go

Facilitator will need:
Space to accommodate the number of participants with ample spacing for demonstrations
Monitors/Screens with HDMI connections 
Table for products being displayed

Note: If you have additional participants that would like to participate, they can be added up to 5 days prior to the date requested. You will be charged $50 per additional participant.

We provide complimentary consultations for our new clients.  This consultation will be a thirty (30) minute overview of where you are and what you need.  Be sure to bring pen and paper to take notes.

Wellness Consultation

This session will include an extensive review of your medical history, lifestyle, diet, stress relief mechanisms, and exercise habits, as well as your wellness goals, expectations, and level of commitment to achieving your goals. 

Note: All sessions not cancelled twenty-four (24) hours prior to your scheduled appointment will be billed at the normal rate.
