Relaxation massage is defined by its smooth movements, that is to say, it doesn’t have the same intensity as deep tissue massage for example. The benefits of a relaxation massage include but aren’t limited to alleviating tension in the muscles, improved circulation, and an overall boost in mood.

Remedial Massage is the application of a range of therapeutic techniques, used to treat muscles that are knotted, tense, stiff, or damaged. The remedial therapist will assess and identify which areas of the body require treatment, and use a range of massage-based techniques to optimise muscle function.

   A sports massage is used as part of a warm-up for the muscles prior to exercise. A sports massage focuses on enhancing circulation, increasing tissue elasticity and reducing muscle tension. Sports massage is also used to help relieve tight muscles.
