Our premier service 120 Minute treatment. What the service includes: Physical assessment, Dry Needling + Acupunture, Traditional Chinese Cupping, Moxa, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release + Triggerpointing 

This treatment is ideal for athletes who regularly look after their body and want a touch up.

ATHLETE TREATMENT 

Premium 2 hour treatment. What the service includes:  Physical assessment, Dry Needling + Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Cupping, Moxa, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release + Trigger-pointing, Sound healing,  breath-work + aromatherapy. 

This treatment is an incredibly thorough treatment with no stone unturned. A typical 1hr massage is good for a quick fix, however a 2 hour treatment allows the full benefits to be received and get you back to full life force. I also provide education for clients looking for take home practices to prevent injury ever occurring again. 

Using all the ancient  healing techniques to completely free your body from aches + pains,  increasing mobility significantly to be feeling yourself again!

WHOLE BODY TREATMENT 

Wet cupping also known as Hijama is an ancient Arabic healing treatment. Ahumdulilah this very special treatment is the best detoxification and lymphatic process you can possibly get.
