The film crew filmed owner Nicole Francis tattooing Gills O'Toole's eyebrows for national television. This aired in January 2012, which literally saw Lip Couture become a worldwide recognised salon, as well as educating people more about WHAT Semi-permanent makeup is! Fast forward to today to find one of the countries leading salons, with clients travelling from all over the country. Come and join in the fun!!
