The consultation process about what I wanted and then the discussion around different styles and what would and wouldn't suit my face. She was confident and knowledgeable and the look I ended up going with looked absolutely amazing. There was a very strong attention to detail for my undercut, which I appreciated and the products she used and recommended produced the results I was after. It was my first time at the salon, and I'll be back - I was very happy!
