I am trained in Light Touch Reflexology and as such have been taught to work gently, especially on a first treatment

This is the massage to choose if you want to chill out and be pampered for either 60min or 90min, as well as for someone new to massage therapy.  This is normally a full-body treatment and uses blended aromatherapy oils.
