The compassion and kindness from both individuals that I saw today was amazing. I’m quite an anxious person and I worry about having dizzy spell and this triggers panic attacks. Nothing was too much trouble, even making sure that my head wasn’t completely flat when I was having my facial so that I didn’t panic about getting dizzy. I never thought in 1 million years I would be able to cope with going to a place and having things like a facial or a massage but the kindness I experienced during my treatments has given me confidence so that I could do this again. Treatment was fantastic too.
