Express Microdermabrasion Facial

Ever wondered what the bumps on the back of your arms are called? ‘Keratosis Pilaris’ is their technical name. These tiny little bumps that look like goose bumps form when too much keratin builds up in the skin’s hair follicles. This gives skin a bumpy texture. They can also look red in appearance. During microdermabrasion exfoliating crystals and a vacuum action help to remove the build up. The hair follicle is cleared of debris leaving skin smooth and clear. 

A course of 6 is recommended to clear the issue, although some results can usually be seen from treatment 1. 

Keratosis Pilaris can also be present on your back and outer thighs.

Full set of nail extensions using the newest products & technology. Strong & flexible these pre-shaped full cover soft gel tips come in many lengths & shapes. They are applied using a clear builder gel & cured keeping them as secure as any other nail extension method. They last up to 3 weeks then need an infill or removal. 

Most clients need a full removal and new set every 3-4 appointments, or opt to book a full removal and then builder gel nails with colour to keep the length they have grown under the gel tips.

You CAN have long, strong, NATURAL nails ! With the help of builder gels. 

Builder gels are applied as a thin, natural overlay on your own natural nails, finished with the gel polish colour of your choice.
 Protecting them from breaks and chips with no need for nail extensions it allows your nails to grow long and strong.

To maintain them they need to be infilled every 2- 3weeks, with a full removal and new set needed approximately every 3-4 appointments for most clients.

Reflexology uses specialist massage techniques & the use of pressure in various zones of the feet, to help to relieve aches, pains and ailments in the body and balance the body & mind. 

Each area of the foot is related to an area of the body and by working through these points with careful manipulation we can help to gain balance.

It is a very relaxing treatment, many people book purely for the relaxation and find themselves in a mediative state or falling into a complete sleep. Benefiting all evening and into the next day from the stress relief and calm after feeling. Restoring balance for the mind and body. 

Approximately 45min treatment on feet, tucked away in our cosy relaxing treatment room, under a blanket, a warming eye mask is offered for the duration of the treatment, perfect if you struggle to ‘switch off’ and your choice of a relaxing or reviving essential oil aroma blend in the diffuser. 

Reflexology 

Your treatment will begin with approximately 15mins consultation and blending time. Followed by approximately 30mins massage time. 

You can choose between Legs & Feet, Back Neck & Shoulders, or Shoulders, Neck, Face & Scalp. We will discuss this during your consultation. 

A tailor made therapeutic massage oil will be created for you, taking into consideration your skin type, any particular concerns/medical conditions and also your wellbeing. It can be reviving & uplifting, or relaxing & calming. This same essential oil blend will also be added to the diffuser for inhalation during your massage time.

40mls of tailored massage oil will be blended for you, approximately 10-15ml will be using for your appointment and the remainder will be given to you to take home an essential oil safe amber glass dropper bottle, for use at home either for self massage or bath oil. 

45mins Aromatherapy Treatment 

A 90min tailored pamper session for the ultimate time out and relaxation.
