Indian Head Massage uses acupressure massage on the head, face, neck & shoulders. This ancient therapy based on the ayurvedic system of healing has been practiced in India for over a thousand years. It stimulates blood flow, lymph & oxygen in the upper body & can relieve sinusitis, stress & aid sleep. This massage is carried out seated in a chair over clothes, it is best to wear a thin t-shirt & avoid anything with a collar, hood or polo neck. It can also be carried out on bare skin using oils. Indian Head Massage

A wonderfully relaxing treatment recognised as being beneficial for those with sinus conditions, tinnitus, labrinthitis, allergic rhinitis, headaches, migraine & excess ear wax.
