4 Hands, 2 Therapists working 1 Body let it be yours!  This is 2X's the bodywork in 60 or 90 minutes. But the mental & physical benefits are said to be more than double that of a regular session, the ability of reaching a deep state of relaxation takes less time.  Using Swedish massage techniques, with long flowing strokes, effleurage, petrissage, tapotement, with deep slow strokes to very light touch.  
This massage can increase blood circulation by as much as 4X's as that of a 1 on 1 session, reducing anxiety, stress, and sore muscles. Circulation cycles the blood through the body .The Cortisol hormone is reduced, along with lactic acid metabolic waste which can cause muscle stiffness. Serotonin is released during massage as well and this helps reduce depression, improving mood, sleep quality and overall body functions. . All our sessions may incorporate bits of Thai (stretching and breathwork) Tuina, Shiatsu, reflexology, deep tissue, or whatever we feel your body calls for

Tandem (4 Hand) Massage Sessions

Swedish/Therapeutic Massage with 1 Therapist - 1 on 1 session that is  generally based on Swedish Style techniques, with long flowing strokes using strokes like effleurage, petrissage, tapotement, can be deep slow strokes to very light touch.  This type of massage improves blood circulation, reducing anxiety, stress (mentally and physically) as circulation brings in fresh blood, oxygen and nutrients muscle tension decreases, as the cortisol hormone is reduced and Serotonin is released and this helps improve sleep quality and overall body functions.  Can also Reduce symptoms of depression and PTSD.

Depending on what we determine which is discussed before the session we may add in bits of Thai (stretching and breathwork) Tuina, Shiatsu, Reflexology as we believe every body is different what works for one may not work for another in the treatment they need.

Prices may be adjusted depending on the amount of hair removal and actual time.  If you have thick body hair, plan on spending more time on hair removal services.  

If we are shaving a larger portion of your body, please bring more than 1 blade. 

 (Again please bring a new razor cause the last thing you want to find out after we start is if your razor has been damaged or dull from prior use.

Two massage Therapists will provide two 1 on 1 massages sessions for the couple simultaneously.  This is a great way to spend some quality time with your partner, friend or even a family member.  As we generally will have both tables set up in the same room unless request is made to do separate rooms .   

Couples Therapeutic Massage

When we provide the Tandem massage session for couples we do them back to back working on 1  person at a time.  While the other one is welcome to sit and observe us working on their partner, or we can set you up on our wifi network if you want to bring your laptop or pad and do some work.     Many of our couples enjoy observing their partner getting worked on.

Then we bring you back out to fresh table setup to provide your massage.
