A Deep Tissue Massage involves applying more sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. 
It is similar to Sports Massage, however generally we can cover the whole body rather than just treating a specific area or issue. 
Deep Tissue Massage centres on realigning the deeper layers of connective and muscle tissue to release chronic patterns of tension in the body.

Sports Massage is a highly popular treatment for any sports person. It can help alleviate aches and pains from sport, improve performance and aid recovery. Sports Massage is equally effective for anyone suffering the effects from working in an office environment or similar as this takes it’s own toll on the body. 
Sports massage involves the manipulation of soft tissue and focuses on specific muscles and the areas causing you problems. 
We offer 45 minute and 60 minute treatments depending on your schedule.

This 30 minute therapy focuses mainly on those areas that tend to carry that extra amount of tension and stress. We will help you to relax and get rid of some of that tightness with a Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage. Whether you would like something that targets those knots or something to completely relax the body, we've got you covered!

While there are lots of different massage techniques out there, together we will choose the ones that simply meet your individual needs.

Reflexology is a non-invasive and natural treatment to achieve optimal health. 
Pressure is applied using the thumbs and fingers to reflex points located on both the feet and hands. Through applying this pressure, organs, glands and bodily structures are stimulated and encouraged to heal. Reflexology is most commonly performed on the feet, however the hands may be used as an alternative. 
Reflexology helps to release toxins from the system, for example the kidneys and bladder. Reflexology is also used to reduce stress, improve blood circulation and can restore flow, energy and nutrients to cells.

With this longer treatment, relax fully as we massage deeper into your back, neck and shoulders. IHM helps to release anxiety and stress, it can increase levels of alertness and concentration, is mentally uplifting and can boost energy on all levels.

Cupping has been used for centuries among both Eastern and Western based health care practitioners. It is one of the oldest known treatments used to treat and prevent illnesses. Cupping therapy is re-emerging in popularity especially for those suffering with neck pain, back & shoulder pain and knee pain, however can be used on all parts of the body. Some of the benefits of Myofascial Cupping include increased blood circulation, improved range of movement, reduction of muscle tension, detoxification, increases the mobility of connective tissues and many more. It is also incredibly relaxing due to it’s effects on the nervous system. Following a cupping treatment you may find that you are left with the red circles that you might have seen on professional athletes or celebrities. This is completely normal so that the lymphatic system can then drain away any excess fluid, toxins and dead cellular debris.
