Alaina was brilliant! She really listened to what I wanted not just at today’s appointment but end goal for my ear so marked up the different placement options so I was fully informed throughout. She was so reassuring and patient with me, made me feel completely at ease and in control of my experience. The piercings themselves, 2 helix and one lobe, were done within minutes with perfect placement. Will definitely be back!
