First time I've been and Tianna was amazing, totally cool person who was great at helping me choose the gem. She put me at ease and it was over and done within seconds. Its not hurting at all and looks fantastic. Thanks Tianna Beth

I took my excited but nervous 10 year old to have her ears pierced - Empress Piercing is a lovely place and Tianna was amazing! Nothing was too much trouble and she kept checking my daughter was ok which really helped - It was a great experience and the finished piercings were beautiful! I can’t thank Tianna enough! The aftercare is just as amazing and I know I can return if I have any concerns at all. Lovely experience today thank you xx
