I had a lovely relaxing full body massage at ELM Therapy, I would recommend it to anyone. Sam was incredibly professional and lovely, she makes you feel really comfortable and provides a relaxing atmosphere from the start. Her massage technique really maximises stress relief and works on areas you didn't even know tension was hiding! A full body relaxation massage relieves stress and tension in your muscles and will leave you oozing with a sense of wellbeing.  It achieves this because of the general benefits of massage.
