By exposing your body to colder temperatures, you’re also able to alter the behavior of your fat cells.

Our private contrast therapy room is complete with a custom made Finnish traditional sauna and 1 ice bath and can accommodate a maximum of 2 people.

Each session includes up to 1 hour of recovery, and can be booked individually or if you're feeling social you can book this room for a private group of up to 2 people at one time

Alternating between our hot and cold magnesium baths expands and contracts your blood vessels, helping to increase blood circulation and reduce inflammation. The extreme temperature change increases your heart rate and activates a pump mechanism that flushes out lactic acid and toxins.

Additionally, magnesium from the pools is absorbed through your skin, further aiding muscle recovery and reducing soreness and inflammation. This also helps reduce stress by regulating cortisol levels and improves mood by increasing endorphin production. The increased magnesium stores in your body help to improve energy, calm nerves, and anxiety, and set you up for a better night's sleep.
