I’d been struggling with insomnia for a few weeks and melatonin wasn’t helping, so I decided to try RESET after reading about its anti-stress and cortisol-lowering benefits. After just one session, I felt noticeably calmer and slept so much better that night. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing, and the Dr. BABOR products smelled amazing. Such a lovely “me time” moment that every person needs. Definitely coming back!
