Connect 2 Red light & Crystal Therapy

This treatment is with Pru Webster, Ayurvedic practitioner.

This is a traditional treatment which uses heated boluses/ pindas made from nourishing grains,
herbs and oils. 

The pindas are used to firmly massage the entire body and promote sweating. Used for relief of chronic and acute muscle and joint pain, rehabilitates and rejuvenates fatigued muscles and joints. 
It also reduces fat, treats cellulite and improves skin tone and texture.

Pinda Sveda with Pru

Sp.R Spiritual Restructuring Therapy with Pru

This treatment is with Pru Webster, Ayurvedic practitioner.

The ‘King/Queen’ of treatments. The process by which warm oil is drizzled onto the forehead from a specially designed pot hung directly above the client. 

This is an ancient technique and the flow is maintained at a certain rhythm to awaken the third eye. Vast and miraculous healing can occur throughout a course of these treatments. 

Prior to Shirodhara therapy a relaxing abhyanga massage is performed around the head, neck and shoulders. Used to treat depression, anxiety, insomnia, headaches, neurological disorders, mental disorders, exhaustion, sinusitis, weakness of muscles and joints, facial paralysis, hearing impairment, tinnitus, vision problems, premature hair loss, greying hair. Hormone imbalance, including endocrine disorders, menstruation problems and menopause.

3x Ayurvedic Massages (90min). This includes a Ayurvedic Cleanse Kit and Info Pack to use over the 3 sessions.

Please book in the initial assessment upon purchase and pay for the block in full.

Following this session, the remaining 3 sessions will be booked in person.
