Indian head massage is a treatment that focuses on massaging acupressure points along the head, neck, upper back, arms and shoulders. 

This treatment is widely known for relieving headache pain, improving sleep, decreasing muscle tension this therefore allowing you to relax, promoting a decrease in stress and anxiety. 

Indian Head Massage 

Hot stone massage uses the additional heat from the stones to allow a deeper massage. We incorporate sports massage therapy techniques alongside the hot stone to help release muscular tension, increase relaxation and help with any general aches & pains. 

Sports Massage W/ Hot Stones

Treatment price includes dry cupping, acupuncture & rock blading (IASTM) if required. 
This is a 60min appointment which will consist of a 5 minute consultation, 50 minutes of massage treatment and a 5 minute appointment close time.

60 Minutes Sports Massage

Treatment price includes dry cupping, acupuncture & IASTM.
This is a 45min appointment which will consist of a 5 minute consultation, 35-40 minutes of massage treatment and a 5 minute appointment close time.

45 Minute Sports Massage 

Treatment price includes dry cupping, acupuncture & IASTM.
This is a 30min appointment which will consist of a 5 minute consultation, 20-25 minutes of massage treatment and a 5 minute appointment close time.

30 Minute Sports Massage Appointment 

Back & Neck sports massage for mums to be.
