Triin was very warm and welcoming. She explained how BODYROLL works and what to expect afterwards. She kept checking I was well during the process and telling me how to use the machine to get the best benefits. I enjoyed the experience of BODYROLL and feel the benefits already. There should be an option for ‘amazing’ on the ratings, ‘great’ doesn’t do it justice! It is the best 45 minutes of my week! I even set a rolling workout in my Apple Watch and burnt calories whilst feeling relaxed and peaceful! I love Triin who has managed to create a beautiful environment and feel so comfortable! It’s been lovely meeting different people who go rolling too 💜
