Elfie was not feeling good, and I do get that ppl sometimes feel tired, but it was a bit uncomfortable. Also, looks like the gel was not sealed at the tip of my nails and I hope they do not lift. 

I had a great experience. I've been on multiple occasions, and have always left satisfied!

Previous did my nails with such neatness and professionalism.
I was disappointed however that the branch did not have my desired colour - a deep emerald green colour.
The ladies should remember to keep the music playing throughout the day, as i was falling asleep initially lol.
But overall, always happy with my nails!

My nail tech, Janice, was exceptional! She was so friendly and concerned about my comfort throughout my appointment! I would really recommend her and definitely want her for my next appointment.
