Bloom Sports Massage and Rehabilitation

A remedial massage is a treatment intended as a remedy or cure. This is a unique therapy combining our lead therapist Grace’s experience.

Remedial massage therapists are trained to recognise and treat musculoskeletal conditions, inflammatory pain markers, and pain experienced through emotional responses in the body. A typical treatment may include massage, accupuncture, mobilisations, tractions and rehabilitation exercises/stretches.

Bloom Remedial Massage for Pain Management

A great way to get rid of aches, pains and discomfort experienced during pregnancy. Prenatal massage can help with migraines and back pain, and even morning sickness. 
It is a treatment dedicated to the parent to be. While you are busy caring and nurturing your baby, let us care for you! Using a unique pregnancy massage wax blend, a Bloom Prenatal Massage helps relax and sooth while working out any discomfort you are experiencing.

Combining many soothing techniques from a variety of massage styles including Swedish, Indian head and deep tissue and intuitive massage. Each treatment is uniquely designed to compliment your body using stretching, kneading and applied pressure in a soothing and calming environment.

A bespoke facial treatment by one of our experienced therapists. Working with your natural skin and facial muscles to give you a relaxing and indulgent treatment. Using a range of massage techniques, Gua Sha crystals and facial cupping  as well as lots of vegan, cruelty free facial products.

Our experience of skincare and soft tissue therapy has helped us design a treatment to help rejuvenate and refresh your skin. Each treatment includes a cleansing and toning element, a hand picked fresh face mask and facial massage. Using massage techniques for face, neck, shoulder and scalp to give you a fully holistic treatment. We incorporate Indian head massage and traditional Gua Sha massage as part of the treatment.
