Lou did a beautiful job of my nails. She explained the differences and benefits in the polish types. I went for builder gels with 'cats eyes' polish for a bit of sparkle (was mesmerising seeing the glitters move with the magnet 🧲) Lou was very professional, conscientious and a perfectionist, and did an amazing job. Was a lovely bit of pamper time. Would highly recommend
