I am a reflexologist and massage practitioner practicing now for the past 16 years. I specialise in Women's Holistic Health . My main focus would be fertility, pre and postnatal. Clients coming in would be using the services to enhance natural fertility or with conventional treatments and fully medicated cycles as well as with donor eggs.  I have studied and trained all over the world, continuously broadening my knowledge and practical skills.  I find this area of work both complex and challenging, which is why I love it.

Reproflexology is Reflexology used during the pre-conceptual care phase. Based on many years of Barbara Scott’s research, it is unique in its approach by working with men and women to help improve chances of conception.
The aim is enhance fertility by:

• Managing stress levels
• Balancing any cycle irregularities
In a study from the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists with a control group of 180 couples adhering to the protocol, 68% of couples went on to become pregnant. Further studies are planned for Seren Natural Fertility and Cardiff University.
