Another brilliant visit for a deep tissue massage from Jess. Definitely worth a visit, over the time I have been coming to see Jess my aches and pains, especially neck and shoulders have become a lot less painful. I am able to relax more and do things I like doing especially gardening without thinking this is going to hurt afterwards. I am continuing visiting Jess for a follow up appointment every 6-8 weeks because she keeps an eye on me and mostly because I enjoy it. Thank you Jess you’re amazing.😁

Specifically focusing on treating and manage pathologies where massage/body work can be of benefit. This is more a diagnostic person-centred approach, using a toolkit of advanced techniques that best help you. Issues can include sciatica like symptoms, frozen shoulder, knee pain and much more where you want a more clinical approach. 

The first treatment will include a consultation to evaluate any health issues and formulate a treatment plan, along with assessments and advice where necessary to help alleviate pain and support your goals.

Please note: 75 minutes minimum but 90 minutes recommended for the 1st appointment, to allow time for any assessments, special tests and rehab work to truly help you get better long term and take some control back over your health. 

Clinical Massage/Sports Therapy

A great maintenance massage. Working all day sat down in front of a computer? Or have a physical job that puts strain on your body? Or do a lot of exercise and want to go the next level and really look after your body? Got a niggle that you want to get on top of? This massage will go as deep as you like and get working on those niggles and areas of tightness, keeping your body in check. This is a great treatment to have regularly as part of a healthier lifestyle. Book weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. 

Please note if this is your first massage appointment, you will need to book for 1hr minimum for us to go through your consultation. 

Deep Tissue Massage/Sports Massage

This Swedish massage is purely for relaxation, using slower, lighter strokes to engage your parasympathetic nervous system to truly calm your body down. This is great for releasing stress and anxiety and rebalancing the body and mind.

45 minutes will be an area you request -for instance back and shoulders or legs. 

60 minutes is a full body treatment (neck, shoulders, arms, back, legs and feet and stomach if like) or can be more concentrated in certain areas is preferred. 

90 minutes and 120 minutes is a full body treatment, which can also include some more time on the feet and a relaxing scalp massage. 

N.B. If you have a specific area of pain, then the clinical massage will be better for your needs.

Restorative Himalayan Salt Stone Massage

Fully trained in specialised, safe pregnancy massage techniques to support you during your incredible pregnancy journey.

This massage is designed to help relax, soothe and nurture you. Using specific techniques to also help alleviate common issues such as morning sickness, hip and lower back pain and leg aches. Lots of comfy pillows and support are used to keep you extra comfortable and safe.

A facial or foot massage can be added on (within this time or as an added extra). Please ask if you would like a shorter or longer massage too. All my prices are based on time. 

Pregnancy Massage

Oncology massage is specifically for people living with cancer and aims to ease pain and discomfort in the body, either caused by the side effects of cancer or cancer treatments. 

Massage therapy can help lift your mood, improve your sleep and enhance your wellbeing. This treatment might help you to relax and cope better with stress, anxiety, headaches and pain. And it's also nice to have that you time, and a non-medical relaxing touch. 

Oncology Massage

Only available in the Scarborough area and must be within a 20 minute drive of the clinic. For those clients who are unable to get to the clinic, be it for physical, emotional or transport issues. 

This extra fee is added to cover some travel time and petrol. 

This is an add-on fee for a mobile service and a treatment must also be selected (minimum of 60 minutes) too.
