Each treatment is personalised specifically to each individual client, ensuring they are provided with the correct knowledge on how to take care of their muscles and body beyond the time spent in the treatment room. We offer remedial massage, sports massage, relaxation massage, pregnancy massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and myofascial cupping.
