I've been seeing Jeanette for various treatments for a few years now + there's a reason why - she's so knowledgeable + intuitive + I step away feeling a difference. 
It doesn't have to be a deep tissue massage to feel effective. It's the combination of strokes, joint mobility + other modalities she uses together that works. She won't just focus on a problem area because she can see the root of it might start somewhere else. 
Today I tried cupping as part of my treatment for the first time. Between that + the massage, I now feel lighter + have much better range of movement in my hips + shoulder
