Melanie was lovely but seemed a bit inexperienced. It didn't have a nice flow and the pressure used during the dry brushing was so gently that it was a waste of time. Also, did not ask if there was any areas of focus on during the massage and more skill needed during the massage.

Hi Jess, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear your experience didn't meet your expectations. Melanie is a qualified remedial massage therapist, so we were disappointed to hear the massage fell short, as this is normally an area she receives excellent feedback on. We've discussed your comments with her and reinforced the importance of consulting with guests regarding areas of focus, as this is a key part of our service standards. Regarding the dry brushing, the lighter pressure is intentional, as the treatment is designed to stimulate the lymphatic system, which sits close to the skin's surface. That said, we completely understand that treatment preferences can vary from person to person. Based on your feedback, we believe you'd enjoy our Surfers Release treatment, which incorporates deeper tissue techniques & hot stones. We'd love the opportunity to welcome you back at 50% off if you wish to try it. With thanks, Georgia- Spa Manager
