Set-up in 2019, the Lodge Wellness Centre is a place of happiness.  Our doors are open to people of all ages, and we welcome everyone regardless of their sex, religion, or disability.  We’re proud to work with local community groups and we support many corporate organisations as well as individuals.

As we've grown, so have the services we offer, including Little Lodge, our dedicated facility on site established to create a safe, warm, and inviting space for children and young adults with additional needs.

Massage

Aromatherapy is a holistic healing treatment that uses natural plant extracts to promote health and well-being. Sometimes called essential oil therapy. Aromatherapy uses aromatic essential oils medically to improve the health of the body, mind and spirit. The oils are blended by our therapist on the premises to tailor the treatment to the individual and their needs.

Aromatherapy Massage

The Bowen Technique is a soft tissue remedial therapy. The technique involves the therapist using fingers and thumbs to move over muscle, ligament, tendon and fascia in a various parts of the body. The work is non-invasive, very subtle, relaxing and gentle involving no hard prolongs pressure. Bowen aims to balances the whole person not just symptoms.

Bowen Technique

During this treatment, you will enjoy a nice relaxing facial within a calm and inviting space. This will include a deep cleanse, exfoliation, and mask. Finishing with a massage, toner, and moisturiser. (Please note a shoulder and hand massage is also included in this treatment). You will also receive a reiki treatment.

You will enjoy a nice relaxing facial within a calm and inviting space. This will include a deep cleanse, exfoliation, and mask. Finishing with a massage, toner, and moisturiser. (Please note a shoulder and hand massage is also included in this treatment). You will also receive a reiki treatment too.

A reiki treatment is simple, safe, non-invasive, gentle yet powerful. You will lie down, fully clothed, and comfortable on a treatment bed. A hand position will be held over each chakra as needed for several minutes, starting with the head, and finishing on the feet. Other hand positions may also be made on different areas too if needed. There is no pressure during the treatment, but you may feel heat or tingling. As the whole body is treated fully, the energy of the reiki can go right to the source of any imbalances in your body, gently restoring harmony.



Holistic Facial with Reiki

Indian Head Massage is based on the ancient healing system of Ayurveda. The massage is performed whilst the client is seated and begins on the upper back, moving up to shoulders and neck. The treatment ends with a full facial massage which also covers the auricular area and full balancing of the chakras.

Indian Head Massage

Meditation is a practice in which an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.

At the Lodge we offer guided meditation, breathwork and mindfulness.
