CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice where possible so we can try and fill your space.

Any cancellation less than 24 hours may be subject to a 50% charge of the appointment value, which may be covered if you've paid an upfront booking fee (see below). This also applies to no-shows. You will be unable to book services until this has been paid.

LATE ARRIVALS:
Please note that if you are likely to be more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, please drop us a message or give us a call as we may not be able to carry out your treatment(s) on the day.

NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE FOR BEAUTY: If your appointment time is over 2 hours or over £40 in value, I require an upfront non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the total appointment value. This will be deducted from your treatment(s) on the day. If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice, the fee can be transferred to a new rescheduled appointment.
