1st session: Once you book an Herbal consult, I will email the intake forms to you.  We will go over the intake form you filled out during our first session together.  I ask more questions and take all of the notes I need to come up with the best herbal, lifestyle and dietary changes for you at this time.  Usually this takes 2 hrs.  (Zoom sessions are available.)
2nd session: I go over the protocol of recommendations I created specific to you and your needs.  I will give you a detailed print out or email of what I created for you with explanations at the end of the second session.  This is where I will have herbal supplement and tincture recommendations that I can provide for you, or I can direct you where to find them.  
3rd session: This is a follow up session to see how everything has been working out for you.  Changes can be made to the original protocol if necessary as well as new formulas and new tinctures or refills if pertinent.
