Absolutely fantastic experience!. Just arrived from the states and needed a touch up because I couldn't get to my hair dresser before leaving. In addition to the colour, they give you a scalp massage with scalp condition, a great shampoo and condition and then the express treatment add-on left my hair soft, shiny and with no frizz. Highly recommend!

Monia is a very talented and detailed and result oriented hairstylist. I moved to Melbourne and I am so happy I found her. She listens to what I desire and takes her time achieving that. She is precise with my cut, color and extensions, I love my hair each time I leave! I would highly recommend her for your next hair service.

LUXM China Town is very clean, relaxing, the equipment is high quality and shampoo unit chairs super comfortable. I love how they have secure lockers available to put away your bag and coat upon arrival. Moeko was my hair dresser and she was very professional, took her time and was very meticulous with getting my preferred haircut right. She checked from time to time if we needed to adjust the cut along the way. I’ll definitely be coming back for my regular fringe cuts and overall hair appointments.

I had my hair done by Capone last weekend. He did an absolutely godly job on my very grown-out balayage. The colour is perfect, much lighter (but still so natural) than I thought would be able to be achieved. The cut was perfect and Capone listened to what I wanted and kept the length but neatened up the layers. I am very picky with my hairdressers and that's why I hadn't had any maintenance done in ages, but Capone made me have faith again. The salon is also beautiful and relaxing, the products smelled wonderful and the ambiance is really chill. I'll be back for my upkeep for sure.

I had a wonderful experience with Lauren. Lauren listened to my needs and concerns including some of my struggles with hair loss. She made me feel so comfortable and even took the time to show me all my new baby hairs - it was very validating! Lauren has a deep understanding of the different chemicals in products and helped me to choose the right products for my hair type. She was so kind and personable.
