Stella 很有經驗，但整體手法對我來說實在太用力、不夠溫柔。 洗頭髮時，水溫忽冷忽熱，手勁過大，也沒有詢問我水溫是否合適、按摩力道是否舒適。沖水時也很隨性，水甚至沖進我的耳朵裡。我真的從來沒有在美容院有過這樣的體驗，整個過程完全無法享受，反而非常不舒服。 剪髮時，一開始也沒有詢問我想要直髮或捲髮、中分或旁分，就在頭髮完全濕潤、沒有吹乾的情況下直接開始剪。雖然最後的成品還算可以接受，但整個過程與我以往的剪髮體驗完全不同，感覺不夠細緻。梳理全濕的頭髮時不斷拉扯，讓我很不喜歡；甚至在引導我低頭時，推我的後頸也讓我感覺很粗暴、不夠溫柔。 整體而言，從開始到結束，我都覺得非常不舒服。 我曾經至少有五年的時間都在這裡剪髮，直到自己喜歡的髮型師離職。這次再次回訪，卻沒有找到重新遇到適合自己的設計師的感覺。希望下次再來時，能有機會找到適合自己的髮型師，否則可能還是需要繼續尋找更適合自己的美容院了。
