Aaron's treatment was absolutely amazing I left feeling like a completely different person. His energy is very light and inviting, you feel at ease straight away. His bodywork was very unique, unlike anything ive ever had before (and ive had a lot of massages). Very grateful for the treatment.

This was my first ever Headspa and I really enjoyed it! The beauty salon had a relaxed vibe with beautiful furnishings. Alexi was lovely, she tailored my treatment to ensure the water temperature was to my preference and also that the pressure of the head massage was just right. This was my favourite part! The mini facial was great as was the massage bed. The only recommendation to make this experience 10/10 would be to extend the massage component from the neck to include the shoulder area. Also if you have frizz prone hair consider booking a blow-dry. Thank you Serenity Mosman.

Nyree is hands down the best Massage & Reiki Therapist you will find in Sydney - I’d argue Australia. She’s incredibly intuitive to what your body needs and goes above and beyond so you leave feeling incredible afterwards. I leave feeling so calm, relaxed and so highly cared for. I could not recommend Nyree enough for all of her massages and Reiki. Honestly it’s changed my life!

Saila is absolutely amazing! One of the best massages I have ever had. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and attentive, and you can truly feel the care and passion she puts into her work. I honestly have never felt this good after a massage. I left feeling completely relaxed, lighter and so much better overall. The difference I felt after the treatment was incredible! I highly recommend Saila to anyone looking for a truly professional and exceptional massage. She is fantastic at what she does, and I will definitely be coming back!

Amazing experience at Reset Studio! The staff were all extremely accommodating and welcoming. I did the reset circuit for myself and my partner after doing City2Surf. It was an amazing time to relax ourselves and our muscles. We will definitely come back!

Visiting form London and I booked an hour and half session with Grace as a surprise gift for my wife. According to my beloved, this was the best massage she’s ever had. The spot was clean, modern, a warm, soothing atmosphere, with gracious staff… So I have nothing but gratitude and good things to say about Siam Tara. I am so grateful to have found Saila. Finally all of the issues I have lived with for my whole adult life (I am 56) start to make sense. In particular, Saila confirmed my strongly suspected lipodema, and not only provides the most amazing lymphatic drainage massages, she is giving invaluable advise on how to manage the condition and prevent further progress. After the first massage I slept for 12 hours, really deeply, for the first time in years and woke feeling incredibly relaxed.

An absolutely wonderful experience! I cannot recommend Saila enough. I initially had an appointment because I wanted to find someone knowledgeable and experienced who I could send my post- operative patients to for lymphatic massages after their cosmetic surgery. Saila was calm, welcoming and warm and I could tell immediately that I was in safe and competent hands. I have sent many patients to Saila and they have all benefited from her treatment and only have good things to say. To be honest now I am hooked too, her treatments are relaxing and nurturing, which is exactly working mums need!
