I have been cared for by Tiffany for a few years now. She has been marvellous. My overall health has improved and the specific issues I have had have been readily resolved by her. She has aided my damaged shoulder, improved blood circulation and helped my digestive system. She is very good at zooming in on the core problem and fixing it with her special hands. Tiffany is an expert in her field - better than the many thousand others in Sydney. She is a very caring and reliable person. I am honoured to have had her as my masseuse.

I've had 2 massages with Masa and each time, I float away into a state of absolute bliss! I feel instinctively that Masa brings many years of experience to his practice, and can read exactly what the body needs. Highly recommend!

I had a session with Ira a week ago and it was so, so beautiful. The Reiki was incredibly powerful—I felt an immediate shift, like a weight had been lifted off my body. We did a life mapping, which I found extremely interesting and surprisingly precise. It didn’t necessarily tell me anything completely new, but it brought everything into perspective and helped me realise what my next steps should be and what shifts I can apply right away. The whole experience felt deeply relaxing and genuinely healing. Ira has a wonderful way of making you feel welcomed, comfortable, and completely at ease.

I really believe that the Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy i received at Akasha has been a key healing support in my recovery from Stage 4 breast cancer to zero cancer in a record 5 months. Marianne’s service is outstanding and it has been a joy to be in this beautiful space, which feels spa-like and so warm and nurturing.

My experience with Michelle is nothing but the amazing experience ever. I felt safe and not judged when feeling so vulnerable. I would love for others to experience the importance of starting your healing journey. I highly recommend Michelle at A Thousand Paths.

Consistent great service, very friendly and professional. I've had many massages in Sydney, Brisbane and overseas. This is my top pick. Will come back again soon whenever I have a chance. And they offered a beautiful pot of tea from start to finish.

The foundational healing session I did with Ira was amazing. I went into the session with an open mind and finished it, astounded by where the journey had taken me into my memories, past and relationship with my inner child. Ira brought me to the thoughts and feelings that were hard to confront or understand. She has an incredible warmth, understanding, intuition and patience. She made me feel very safe throughout the session. I hope, for me, this is the beginning of a new chapter and healing journey.

Had such a lovely experience at MARA.H Skin & Aesthetics. I recently had Pico laser and have been really happy with how my skin is looking. The staff were so friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. Everything was explained really well and I never felt pressured into anything. I’ll definitely be back!

My sports massage with Lobsang last night was so nourishing and a little painful! My body feels really flexible. Lobsang did an analysis on my functional movement then set to work on the areas that needed attention. I've already booked for next month. I had a long sauna prior to my massage, which was so good for my mind and body to prepare for the massage.

From the moment I met Ira, I felt an instant connection. Her calm, loving presence made me feel safe and supported. I had been feeling heavy, but during the session I experienced a gentle release, leaving me lighter and clearer. It was both healing and deeply spiritual. By the end, I felt peaceful, renewed, and noticed a real shift in my body. I slept better than I have in a long time and woke feeling energised. Ira is truly gifted, and I’m excited for my next session. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking healing, clarity, and balance. Kat x
