New male customer here. I decided to try Beauty in the City after finding it on the Fresha app. I’m honestly so glad I gave it a go. The home studio is clean, well-lit, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. She was incredibly friendly, polite, and made me feel comfortable right from the start. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the end result—absolutely blown away, to be honest. Thank you so much for the amazing threading! No one has come close to shaping my eyebrows as well as you just did. I’m a very happy customer and will definitely be returning as a regular.

Really happy with my experience this morning! The appointment was quicker than I expected, and she was so knowledgeable. She identified that my brows are uneven and gave me honest advice to grow them out before reshaping them properly in a months time. I really appreciated her attention to detail and honesty. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely be back!
