New male customer here. I decided to try Beauty in the City after finding it on the Fresha app. I’m honestly so glad I gave it a go. The home studio is clean, well-lit, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. She was incredibly friendly, polite, and made me feel comfortable right from the start. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the end result—absolutely blown away, to be honest. Thank you so much for the amazing threading! No one has come close to shaping my eyebrows as well as you just did. I’m a very happy customer and will definitely be returning as a regular.

Ruth was lovely, enjoyed the salt cave experience, music was amazing. However I would have preferred a firmer pressure and since I paid for 90 mins, it would have been good to have 90 mins hands on instead of from arrival to leaving. Fell asleep several times :)
