I had a wonderful experience at the hair salon! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional, and I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. Ethan was very helpful in making the booking and pivoted in the order of cut and color when I arrived and changed my mind. Trish did a great job with a cut anticipating not only the future but also the past, since this was a repair job I’ve been growing my hair for. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding about my color. I requested a particular brand (the reason I made the appointment ) and told the colorist that. However she decided for me, including about the darkness of color. I had to sit for an hour developing the color, which was burning my scalp. Having just left, the color is ok.

Never knew how bad I needed to come here until I did. Can’t go back to my barber anymore. What exceptional service. The individuals here take great care of you. If you’re thinking of getting a massage, don’t think about it, just do it! And as for a haircut - I came in with my hair having no shape, minimal volume, no umph. Thanks to Silvia’s attention to detail and time, I’m leaving more than happy with my new style. Thank you again.

This salon is heaven sent!!! I have always struggled with finding a stylist who specializes in long, curly hair until I found Laiz at Casagrande Salon. Now she is the only person I let cut my hair and the length speaks for itself. I typically only get haircuts and deep conditioning treatments but decided to get a blow out and to no surprise she did a phenomenal job. Most stylists tend to get scissor crazy and cut too much but Laiz really listens and communicates to ensure you get exactly what you want. So happy to have found this salon and her!

10 ⭐️s!!! Tina is a miracle worker, gifted colorist and hair cutter! She’s incredibly nice and honest too. I came to her with my hair in distrasteous shape from a horrific color and cut from another salon a week prior. I showed Tina pics of the color + cut I was hoping for or at least get close to and she was so knowledgeable and honest about her approach to get me there and she above and beyond exceeded my expectations. The vibe at the salon is very chill. Everyone from the minute walk-in was super nice. Now I know why my close has been going there for over 10yrs. Shout out to Carlos too!

I have been going to Gulia for the past two years, and she never disappoints. She is professional, classy, and delivers exceptional service every time. She offers great advice on the best cut or hair color, and most importantly, she takes the time to listen to exactly what you want. While her services are more of an investment, her talent, attention to detail, and the overall experience make it well worth it. I highly recommend her.

After too many mediocre curly cuts, I finally decided to splurge and saw Laiz. She is everything people say -- knowledgeable, patient, and talented. I showed her the same pictures of my old haircut that I've shown to at least 3 other stylists; she is the first to be able to match it, and recognized the technique right away. She gave me a wonderful haircut, and plenty of excellent advice on scalp health and styling. I highly recommend her. Note that I am biracial and have 3B/3C hair.

I had done my hair before with Fatih and the first time was all that I was looking for. But he left the salon to work in a better place and forgot to tell me. One day I was walking on 3rd avenue and I saw him working at Onur Salon, I went and spoke with the owner who was very friendly to talk with me and directed to the front desk to make an appointment for two days later. Iryna does the best color and cut in the city! She is able to blend in highlights in a way that allows it to grow out more naturally. The salon is new and comfortable and always have a great experience and leave happy with my hair!
