Ethan was very helpful in making the booking and pivoted in the order of cut and color when I arrived and changed my mind. Trish did a great job with a cut anticipating not only the future but also the past, since this was a repair job I’ve been growing my hair for. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding about my color. I requested a particular brand (the reason I made the appointment ) and told the colorist that. However she decided for me, including about the darkness of color. I had to sit for an hour developing the color, which was burning my scalp. Having just left, the color is ok.

10 ⭐️s!!! Tina is a miracle worker, gifted colorist and hair cutter! She’s incredibly nice and honest too. I came to her with my hair in distrasteous shape from a horrific color and cut from another salon a week prior. I showed Tina pics of the color + cut I was hoping for or at least get close to and she was so knowledgeable and honest about her approach to get me there and she above and beyond exceeded my expectations. The vibe at the salon is very chill. Everyone from the minute walk-in was super nice. Now I know why my close has been going there for over 10yrs. Shout out to Carlos too!

Never knew how bad I needed to come here until I did. Can’t go back to my barber anymore. What exceptional service. The individuals here take great care of you. If you’re thinking of getting a massage, don’t think about it, just do it! And as for a haircut - I came in with my hair having no shape, minimal volume, no umph. I had done my hair before with Fatih and the first time was all that I was looking for. But he left the salon to work in a better place and forgot to tell me. One day I was walking on 3rd avenue and I saw him working at Onur Salon, I went and spoke with the owner who was very friendly to talk with me and directed to the front desk to make an appointment for two days later.
