Liana is absolutely amazing! I have had shoulder pain for years that limited the range of motion and interrupted my sleep every night. The doctor wanted me to go through 8 weeks of physical therapy and potential surgery, not to mention they wanted me to stop weight training. After the first RAPID massage treatment I had instant relief! I could bring my shoulder up to my ear and my shoulder press weight doubled, not to mention the quality of sleep improved tremendously. After 3 RAPID treatments my range of motion is amazing and the pain is minimal. No surgery, never stopped weight training.

The emotional body mapping was a great experience that uncovered some of what I was already aware of and much of what I wasn't. Having an actual map of where the body holds tension and why will be helpful as I address and pay attention to root causes. And I only got a taste of the RAPID treatment, but it was so good that I am returning for more session(s) soon. The relief it did give me in a short time holds promise. Thanks Liana!
