SBK is the ultimate place to rejuvenate and relax. I have taken up laser services since past 3 Months and the results are much better than expected. The intense facial leaves my skin like a baby’s bum so soft and plum. Sahar and lara helps you feel at home and relaxed the moment you step inside the clinic. Sana is a very talented, kind, and helpful aesthetician. I deeply enjoyed the microdermabrasion and facial appointment she gave me. She’s sweet, caring, and made my skin feel soft, silky smooth, and brighter. It was a very pleasant experience to be treated by her. My pores were extracted and cleansed thoroughly, plus the charcoal she applied was quite refreshing. Sana analyzed the condition of my skin and explained the spa treatment option in a detailed, informative manner. I love her beautifully decorated spa room, featuring relaxing music. The service itself was excellent and she’s awesome!

I really enjoyed my first visit at the Polish and Posh salon. The salon is well situated, very clean and relaxing. The staff is very friendly. Olka did my manicure and pedicure and it was very well done. She took all the time needed to do a great job. A great place to be pampered.

I have been seeing Shauni since the Toronto location opened. She’s absolutely the best! So knowledgeable, kind, and always wanting the best for her clients and their skin! Could not recommend Shauni and Starlight Med Spa more! In a matter of 6 months, Shauni has already transformed my skin, helped me with my routine and products I should use for my skin type. 1000000/10 recommend!

Our senior group enjoyed our spa day experience. The tea service was delicious, the services first rate, the salt cave was relaxing new experience and the swimming pool was the perfect antidote to a rainy day.

I came to Overflow Wellness Club for a Brazilian lymphatic massage because my body and fascia felt stagnant, heavy, and like everything needed movement again. After the session, I felt noticeably lighter, more energized, and refreshed throughout my entire body. Leonissa was incredibly attentive during the massage and you could genuinely feel the level of care and intention she puts into her work. The treatment felt both therapeutic and deeply relaxing at the same time. I left feeling like my body was flowing better, with less tension and more vitality overall. Highly recommend!

5/5 ⭐️ Jay Nguyen (@butterskinbyjay) is honestly top tier. I’ve gone to him for the Starlight Glow facial and I just finished my 3rd microneedling session, and my skin keeps getting better — smoother, brighter, and more even. What I like about him is he actually knows skin, especially acne/sensitive, and he doesn’t rush the treatment. Clean setup, explains everything, and gives proper aftercare so you’re not guessing. We did couples sauna and cold plunge and it was amazing. We hooked up our blue tooth and played spa music and had such a relaxing experience. Towels and tea provided. Brenda was so kind. The price was also so reasonable. Would definitely reccommend!

Amazing experience, such a beautiful space and excellent customer service. So lovely being greeted with a tea when I arrived. I loved the red light sauna experience before my facial. The facial made my skin feel amazing and the facial massage was so relaxing. Also, you get a lot for the price which is so great. I will 100% be back.!

I had such a great experience at Starlight Med Spa for my Hydrafacial with Kaye. From start to finish, everything felt so relaxing, and I really appreciated how much time she took to understand my skin concerns. Kaye was incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable right away. She walked me through each step of the facial and shared really helpful tips about my skin, which I found super valuable. It didn’t feel rushed at all, really just so relaxing! The treatment itself was amazing, and my skin felt so refreshed afterward. Highly recommend!!

Hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Jorge was super friendly, made me feel comfortable right away, and the massage itself was amazing!! perfect pressure, great mix of techniques and so relaxing while still working out all the tight spots. I walked out feeling loose, refreshed, and in such a good mood. Definitely coming back!

Jordan recently moved to a new place and I was very worried the distance would discourage me. I went for a massage today and realised it was totally worth the trek. At this point, even if he moves to a new city, I'll make the effort to book a massage with him. Yes, that's how good he is at his job! Definitely one of the best in Toronto!

AMAZING. They care so much about their clients here and always do the best job. I got my first session of laser done a month ago here and literally haven’t needed to shave since. Just left my second appointment and had my second facial done as well. They are so professional here but also makes it feel like a safe space to just relax. Highly recommend!

Probably the best facial I’ve ever had. Megan was lovely. All the little extras made the difference. The cooling globes, arm and foot massage while you’re masking. Starting with the infrared sauna was a great way to relax before your facial. Could have spent the whole day there. Definitely making this my new self care spot. Can’t wait to come back and try more treatments!
