It was great! liliana did an awesome job at targeting all the tense areas of my body and found so many knots. She made sure I was feeling all right throughout the whole session and make sure I was feeling calm and relaxed. Overall, the vibes were very relaxing and I left feeling lighter and less stressed. I came to Overflow Wellness Club for a Brazilian lymphatic massage because my body and fascia felt stagnant, heavy, and like everything needed movement again. After the session, I felt noticeably lighter, more energized, and refreshed throughout my entire body. Leonissa was incredibly attentive during the massage and you could genuinely feel the level of care and intention she puts into her work. The treatment felt both therapeutic and deeply relaxing at the same time. I left feeling like my body was flowing better, with less tension and more vitality overall. Highly recommend!
