Absolutely fantastic experience!. Just arrived from the states and needed a touch up because I couldn't get to my hair dresser before leaving. In addition to the colour, they give you a scalp massage with scalp condition, a great shampoo and condition and then the express treatment add-on left my hair soft, shiny and with no frizz. Highly recommend!

Monia is a very talented and detailed and result oriented hairstylist. I moved to Melbourne and I am so happy I found her. She listens to what I desire and takes her time achieving that. She is precise with my cut, color and extensions, I love my hair each time I leave! I would highly recommend her for your next hair service.

OMG!! BETHANY IS AN ABSOLUTE MAGICIAN!!I walked in with dark regrowth, damaged and overprocessed blonde hair that I honestly thought was beyond saving... and I walked out COMPLETELY SPEECHLESS... First of all, Bethany's energy is incredible. She's so warm, confident, and passionate!! You can instantly tell you're in the hands of a true professional who genuinely knows exactly what she's doing. OD was amazing! He’s so kind and really takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I felt really looked after, and he showed me how to style my hair and talked me through the next steps which I really appreciated. I love my new hairstyle, his skills are amazing! LUXM China Town is very clean, relaxing, the equipment is high quality and shampoo unit chairs super comfortable. I love how they have secure lockers available to put away your bag and coat upon arrival. Moeko was my hair dresser and she was very professional, took her time and was very meticulous with getting my preferred haircut right. She checked from time to time if we needed to adjust the cut along the way. I’ll definitely be coming back for my regular fringe cuts and overall hair appointments.
