I originally came for a Classic Natural set but wanted more volume after feeling it wasn’t enough. They booked me in as soon as possible and only charged me for the extra lashes even though it took over an hour for my resit. Customer service excellence in my book, I would highly recommend the lovely ladies at Beautopia Clinic Bonbeach.

Fabulous service and outcome again from the ladies at Posh Pouts!! Have spent a year having eyelash extensions at two other Salons (Mystique or something, at Southland, and the one at Thrift Park) that had good reviews but I was never happy with the discomfort!! At Posh Pouts I have fallen asleep twice now and the lash extensions are top notch!!

My brows are always 10/10 every time! Wouldn’t trust anyone else in Melbourne with my brows, definitely recommend!

I can’t remember the name of the lady who did my nails, but she was incredibly efficient and skilled. I asked for French tips with chrome, and her technique produced the most perfect set i’ve ever had — no fuss, just fast and precise! It’s been 4 weeks and my extensions are still going strong with no signs of lifting. They’ve gotten quite long 😂. She also managed to fit me in for a pedicure, and i chose normal polish, which have held up suprisingly well even though i train martial arts barefooted quite a number of times a week.

Amy has been amazing at doing my lashes and I get many compliments. She has thoughtfully taken the time to listen to what I wanted in regard to shape and style. And more importantly, she has taken the time to learn that my particular style of natural lashes need a certain type of TLC. I have no hesitation in recommending Amy for your lash extension needs 🫶🏼

I visited Margaret again today for a brow sculpt and lash lift and I adore the results! She always does an incredible job and makes my brows look so full. Would 100% recommend to anyone needing some TLC for their brows and lashes :)

Maryam was amazing! I’ve been coming to this salon for over five years, but had my lashes done by Maryam for the first time on Sunday — and she was absolutely fantastic! She took great care in thoroughly cleaning and prepping my lashes before the refill, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time, consistently checking in throughout the process. It was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at the salon, and my lashes turned out beautifully. I’ll definitely be booking with Maryam as my go-to lash tech from now on!

Friendly environment, great service, reasonably priced & Karissa does a brilliant job every time with my lashes. Plus no damage to my natural lash once they come off. Definitely recommend!
