I originally came for a Classic Natural set but wanted more volume after feeling it wasn’t enough. They booked me in as soon as possible and only charged me for the extra lashes even though it took over an hour for my resit. Customer service excellence in my book, I would highly recommend the lovely ladies at Beautopia Clinic Bonbeach.

Tonya is incredibly professional and, as I haven't had my lashes lifted before, she talked me through the whole process to make sure I knew what was going on. She's a very easy person to talk to and very accommodating! I'm definitely going back, thank you so much Tonya!

Alex is amazing, can’t fault her. She has a beautiful energy, a caring tone and amazing attention to detail. Everytime I see Alex, I am amazed with the result. I have used other techs in the area (Frankston, Chelsea) and no one comes close.. Which is why she is the only lash/brow tech I’ll see in Melbourne.

I visited Margaret again today for a brow sculpt and lash lift and I adore the results! She always does an incredible job and makes my brows look so full. Would 100% recommend to anyone needing some TLC for their brows and lashes :)

Amy has been amazing at doing my lashes and I get many compliments. She has thoughtfully taken the time to listen to what I wanted in regard to shape and style. Maryam was amazing! I’ve been coming to this salon for over five years, but had my lashes done by Maryam for the first time on Sunday — and she was absolutely fantastic! She took great care in thoroughly cleaning and prepping my lashes before the refill, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time, consistently checking in throughout the process. It was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at the salon, and my lashes turned out beautifully. I’ll definitely be booking with Maryam as my go-to lash tech from now on!

I had such a lovely experience with Annie with a set of hybrid lashes. She definitely goes above and beyond for her clients.
