Amazing!! Vy was so so lovely and did a thorough consultation before cutting my hair, even giving me recommendations on what she thought looked best, which I haven’t experienced with stylists at other salons so I really appreciated! The service was so comforting and professional, and the end result was better than I could have imagined! The receptionist at the front was also extremely warm and friendly I didn’t catch her name though unfortunately :(. Overall a 100/10 experience and I 100% recommend coming here for any of your hair needs! 💗

I just had Sylfirm X and the girls at Heritage Aesthetics were SO amazing. Professional and gentle. Explained everything to me. Even the stuff I didn’t understand about skin, they broke it down and I felt super comfortable in their expert hands. Highly recommend and I can’t wait to come back!

I’ve been to 4 appointments now which have included initial consultation, creating a plan for my skin, and progressed to face peels (phase 1 lol). Jasmine has been great, talking through my goals was easy (I have lots) and discussing her recommendations and options was straightforward. The office/rooms are very calming, helpful while you’re sitting through a tingling peel. Each session has been a great experience.

I had such an amazing experience with Stephanie! She was incredibly warm, professional and knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly and ensure I was happy with the treatment. Stephanie is so lovely and genuinely cares about her clients. Had a really great experience with laser therapy here. The male therapist was fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the session. Cutest pink store, cutest nail tech, and the nails were the best shape and colour I have ever had. My cuticles have never looked this good before either. A MUSTTTT to go here if you want to have your nails looking perfect 🥰
