I just had Sylfirm X and the girls at Heritage Aesthetics were SO amazing. Professional and gentle. Explained everything to me. Even the stuff I didn’t understand about skin, they broke it down and I felt super comfortable in their expert hands. Highly recommend and I can’t wait to come back!

I had such an amazing experience with Stephanie! She was incredibly warm, professional and knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly and ensure I was happy with the treatment. Stephanie is so lovely and genuinely cares about her clients. Had a really great experience with laser therapy here. The male therapist was fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the session. Honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars! The vibe when you walk in? Already a 10/10. The consultation was so honest – everything was explained in a way that actually made sense. I had booked for more treatments than I ended up getting, but she prioritised my goals over maximising appointment money/cost. The genuine care for clients is pretty rare in my experiences. Now, I will never go to any one else.

Brilliant as always, best lash tech I have ever been to! Hannah is always incredibly gentle and my lashes are always so soft , I also have amazing retention with them ! She also has an amazing range of colors to spice things up 🧡

I absolutely loved my customised facial treatment! My favourite parts were the BioRe Peel and the mesotherapy—they left my skin feeling so refreshed, smooth, and glowing. The treatment has really helped boost my confidence, and I can already see a difference in my skin. Steph was amazing throughout the whole treatment. She recommended a skincare routine tailored to my skin that will help calm and support my skin after the treatment.
