Absolutely fantastatic. I can definitely see the results, but more importantly, my close friends who know that I had a couple of treatments done are so impressed with the results. On the otherhand, my other friends (who don't know) just comment nonstop how good I look these days. Wow.

This was my third visit to Shape Spa Miami, and I’m just as impressed as the first time. The infrared sauna has become one of my favorite ways to recover and unwind. The spa is always clean, relaxing, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Definitely one of the best wellness spots I’ve found in the neighborhood. Highly recommend!
