I always have the BEST massage with Gammar! She is so exceptional at releasing all the tight spots around the glutes, hips and shoulders. She is truly an expert at knowing where all the pressure points are and releasing all the tightness from your body so you walk out feeling like a dream. At the time, not so much, but I always say no pain, no gain! Ask for the Thai traditional massage with no oil, its her specialty and it's literally on par if not better than any massage you'll get from a physio. Thank you so much Gammar!

I can’t recommend Paloma highly enough. She is incredibly intuitive, knowledgeable, and professional, and immediately makes you feel comfortable and at ease. She always takes the time to listen and adapt treatments depending on how you’re feeling that day. What I especially appreciate is how considerate and accommodating she is around pain or sensitivity, never pushing areas that feel too sore. Her skills are second to none and I always leave feeling noticeably better, both physically and mentally. Truly a gem.

Very relaxing and even with my stiff back and shoulders Hina did an amazing job to help loosen them up. Sorry for making your hands and thumbs very tired because my back was so tight 😭. Definitely would come again when i visit Sydney.

Hello! Kotori is an amazing therapist, she loosens the knots in my old man back with laser precision and power, she found pain on areas where i didnt know there was pain. She is like a super vitamin - teeny tiny but powerful. Highly recommended.

This was my second time seeing Sean. The first session was already very intense and extremely liberating. So for this second session, I really had no expectations, but it was even more intense. I decided to do the massage for my back pain and honestly I enjoyed that so much, I coulnd't reach my foot when stretching and I could do that after the massage. Also, Hugo is lovely person!

I always love my massages at Zen but my massage today with Ryoko was especially relaxing! I told her my tense areas on my shoulder and she massaged my neck and also my jaw which she said also contributed to my tense shoulders. I think this shows her level of expertise in finding the root to our tension all over our body, not only to the area where we feel pain. Thank you Ryoko!

Wow, just wow. With Aya you’re getting a true 2-for-1: a massage therapist with the anatomical expertise of a physiotherapist. I had a few stubborn tight spots and barely needed to explain anything—once I mentioned the areas, she knew exactly where to go. Because of her physio background, she can feel even the smallest fibres and release them with precision.
