Had the best experience with Laura getting my hair from dark brown box dyed to blonde. She talked me through the best steps for me, and explained everything incredibly well. Super happy with how it turned out and have received many compliments on her work. Couldn’t recommend her enough. Thanks Laura :)

I had an incredible experience with Ebony. She was lovely, welcoming, created such a lovely atmosphere within the salon. Ebony took such time and care into my consult, explained every step of the process and checked in constantly. I am so happy with my finished product, and will definitely becoming a regular at this salon. Couldn’t have had a better experience, highly recommend.

Michael is amazing along with his staff. They are all fantastic actually. I have been going to Biba for many, many years at Eastland Ann’s now Croydon and the same lovely staff are still there. When the same employees have been there for years, that speaks volumes.

I had such a great time. I’m usually pretty anxious at the salon but from the minute I walked in and met Cadia for the first time I felt comfortable and knew it was going to be a good experience. The other ladies in the Salon were really lovely too, especially Ebony who chatted with us for a while at the start of the appointment when we were still working out the details. Cadia listened to what I wanted and made me feel safe and excited about the big change I was making. It honestly turned out amazing! I couldn’t have asked for better results! Thank you so much!

Incredible! I stripped my own hair and ended up with the worst most uneven bleached hair and Sienna and Jess came up with a plan to get me feeling a million bucks. Cannot recommend these girls enough. The attention to detail and warm energy of the salon. Highly recommend ! 10/10!!

Cadia was absolutely phenomenal! Attention to detail was amazing such a calm cozy personalized experience. I have not had amazing hair color/style like this in a long time. Will definitely recommend Cadia and the salon to anyone!
