Diane was truly amazing! I got off the table and thought, “I must not have ever had a true professional massage before today.” Because today hit different. She has a deep understanding of the body built over her experience. I’ve been a personal health and fitness coach for the last 10 years so I’m very particular about my body work expectations and Diane blew them all out of the water. If you’re searching for someone who is confident in their work and will learn and respond to what your muscle tissue tells her that you need. This is your therapist!

Carolyn was wonderful! I love how consultative she is both at the beginning and the end of the session. The massage was fantastic and I love that she uses multiple tools like cupping and hot stones to help you achieve the results that you're after. I will definitely be back!

Amazing!! Carolyn is a true gem and highly talented. You will not be disappointed. The cupping, hot stones and massage were absolutely divine…not to mention the total zen from the CBD massage oil. I am very much looking forward to my next body work session!

This was my first session with Natalie. After describing my chronic nerve issues, she took no time to begin working towards the area in question, using deep pressure techniques to loosen the muscle and minimize the nerve pain. Ever sensitive to applying too much pressure, Natalie was careful and professional throughout our allotted time. While I am completely aware of the therapeutic effects of bodywork, my primary focus on my monthly massage is purely relaxation. With life’s day to day challenges, I believe it’s important to get away from it all, if only for an hour, every month.

Carolyn is the best!! I have been seeing her for years and she has made the physical experience of my first pregnancy significantly more pleasant through bodywork. She’s knowledgeable about all of the pregnancy-specific modifications and uses a collaborative approach to make sure she’s addressing whatever body issues I’m having in that moment.

I've been dealing with sciatica for many years. After my second session with Natalie, I'm beginning to notice some real changes in this chronic condition. After developing this malady over the course of my 35 year professional life, I certainly don't expect instantaneous relief. I am, however, hopeful that this condition will ultimately resolve under the powerful hands of Natalie!
